Catering

We can provide a wide range of catering from tea and coffee at £2.50 per person half day, £3.50 per person full day, sandwich lunch (sandwiches cakes fruit and crisps)at £6.50 per person to buffets for large numbers please tell us your requirements and we will do our best to accomodate.

It must be remembered that the whole building has a strict no alcohol policy.

Equipment

We have a range of equipment available for hire 

Boilers and Cups  50p per person

Main Hall Lighting rig £50

All items are priced per day and are not to be taken off the premises.

Sound System

In order to comply with local authority rules it is necessary for all users of the main hall to ensure that any sound system that is brought in cannot be heard outside the confines of the building, the person in charge of the building at the time of the event will be the final arbiter of compliance.

AV Equipment

All meeting rooms and the main hall have built in screens and projectors or large wall mounted tvs which are included in the price (All connect using 15pin VGA we have some adaptors to HDMI but please check when booking). We have other equpiment available but this must be booked in advance please enquire when booking.
